Lenticular Filtration

The lenticular filter is a suitable format wherever a high-volume, vapor-contained, closed system is required. Changeouts of the filter elements are fast and easy and the footprint of the equipment is relatively compact. As the original patentholders of this type of filter, ErtelAlsop offers the most configurations, options and media types available in the industry.

Lenticular cartridges are manufactured in both 12 and 16” diameter sizes. The number of cells can be specified from 5-18 per disc pack. Construction formats of Stainless steel bands with flat endcaps, Polypropylene core with flat endcaps, and Polypropylene core with double O-ring endcaps are available.

Disc-Pak

For precise filtration of liquids in the light to medium viscosity range for the purpose of particle retention, the original Disc Pak is suitable for applications such as beverages, oils and syrups.

Zeta-Pak

For use in virtually any application, the Zeta Pak offers high flow rates and a zeta potential to improve retention efficiencies. This series is available in Pharmaceutical grade media as well with full Validation and Certificate of Compliance on file.

Zeta-Dry

For all the advantages of lenticular cartridge filtration plus the ability to capture free and emulsified water, the 16-cell ZetaDry-Pak has the ability to hold a minimum of 148 ounces of water. For oil-based applications this cartridge provides essential dual phase separation of particulate and water.

AquaKv-Pak

Designed and developed specifically for sub-micronic particle retention and water removal from transformer and turbine oils. Particle retention does not effect water holding capacity and the cartridge demonstrates mechanical shutoff when fully saturated with water. With the AquaKv-Pak, Dielectric fluids can be reconditioned to meet or exceed ASTM standards.
